Hi, l've an AI tube platform. I could grow it to 50k visitors in 5 months with no budget, most of the traffic is from affiliates tough. Direct traffic and organic search is around 10% of total. l started making a couple of hundreds from ads but l want to scale the traffic to 1M visitors monthly. However, l do not have budget except that a couple of hundreds from ads. I want to initially improve direct traffic to my site using black or white SEO strategies, If you have any expertise or experience in increasing the traffic of an adult site in an aggressive way, please guide me what to do.

Yes, but there's only one noticeable affiliate whose monthly traffic is 200M+ other affiliates still bring me little traffic. There are also some big sites and directories who l reached for affiliate partnership but the problem is my site is a tube site and monetization is through ads. That's why other big sites do not accept affiliate deals or they want a couple of thousands of dollars for monthly link placements. That's still beyond my budget

Going from 50k to 1M monthly visitors is a huge jump so I would first separate affiliate organic and direct traffic before deciding where to focus
I thought on that and came to conclusion that affiliate traffic is now proven for bringing traffic but the issue is l do not want to be dependent on a group of sites in the long run. If for instance the one affiliate with 200M+ monthly traffic is shut down or decides to remove my site from their platform, my site's traffic is mostly gone. So, being independent is what l value and for that reason, l want to focus on direct & organic traffic.
For aggressive but sustainable growth, I’d prioritize white-hat SEO + direct/brand demand: programmatic long-tail pages, strong internal linking, indexation/technical SEO, unique AI-tool comparisons, and converting affiliate traffic into returning users—avoiding PBNs, spam, or manipulative links that can destroy a young domain.

If you want to scale aggressively, start trading traffic or built a aggregator network or join aggregator network. These are the only you can do it aggressively, but it does requires good budget. You can also buy spaces at high traffic listing sites, most of the listing goes from $2k to $5k a year.
I'm on my way to do traffic exchange, contacting with other sites whose traffic volumes are close to my site's. I'll look at aggregator networks and yes getting your site listed on high traffic directories&sites is so effective in terms of increasing traffic but my only budget is that a couple of hundreds from ads as l told

20x in 3 to 4 moths is pretty aggressive i focus on technical seo strong content longtail keywords and quality backlinks first

I’d look at the organic traffic you already have before making major changes. Search Console should give you a good idea of which pages and queries are getting impressions. I’d improve the pages that are already showing potential, work on internal linking, and expand into closely related topics. With a small budget, this seems more practical than trying to grow every part of the site at once.

Going 20x in just a few months strictly through SEO is nearly impossible since the adult niche is incredibly competitive.

honestly if you are getting decent traffic from that one big affiliate right now, your main goal should be retaining them. how many of those visitors actually bookmark your site or come back? maybe add a simple feature to save favorites or something so they have a reason to return directly. for the organic side, since its an ai tube, your best bet on a budget is programmatic seo. dont even try to rank for big terms... focus on long-tail, hyper-specific keywords that the massive tubes ignore. you can script page generation for thousands of niche tags for basically free. it takes a while to index but its the only realistic way to scale search traffic without a budget.

You already have a good foundation with 50k visitors. I would recommend that you start with improving organic and direct visits via technical SEO, content SEO, internal linking, and scalable but sustainable link building.

With 50k visitors already coming in, I would not start by buying thousands of cheap links. I would first identify the pages and topics already showing traction, then build relevant authority around those pages with a small number of strong, topical referring domains.
In an aggressive niche, relevance and velocity matter, but random volume isn’t a strategy. I would rather build 20 solid, relevant domains that strengthen your important pages than 2,000 links that Google can easily ignore.
Then measure whether those links actually move rankings and organic traffic before scaling the same approach.
Hmm, what will make it possible? My site is in a very specific niche(AI tube) so there are not so many tube sites specializing in AI content and maybe black-hat SEO will work for my goal? But what do you think makes my goal possible?
