For Instagram would you rather build on an old inactive account or start completely fresh?

From my personal experience, I would say it is better to revive an old account, especially if they are our own personal accounts. A new account will take a lot of time to grasp certain goals.

Aged is always better, even if it’s inactive. You might not be able to engage with the followers but getting the algo to start pushing your content will be easier.
