I have been sharing content on LinkedIn for two months and am still learning, and some posts get view, but very few people like and comment on posts, so I wanted to know what has worked for you in a similar situation.

if you are already getting views, you just need to improve the posts so they invite the viewers to share their thoughts in the comments, that is just how you structure your posts

Don't expect much but you should keep posting quality content.

When it comes to finding customers, a high number of views can be more important than engagement. Sometimes content receives little engagement simply because viewers don't have a strong reason to leave a comment or click the like.

try ending your posts with a question to ask peoples opinion, also start commenting on other creators posts daily it helps a lot.

Consistency helped me the most. I focused on sharing useful content, engaging with others, and building genuine connections. Engagement gradually improved with time.

You just need to make your posts better and engagement will come naturally.

Views without engagement is a dwell problem. LinkedIn gates reach on how long people stop. Your first two lines before the See More cut do all the work. If those don't stop the thumb, nothing else gets read. Check if your views are all first degree. If they are, you never left your own network.

The very important factor for me is the conversion rate of the traffic not just the appearance of the numbers. I could choose a smaller but vry reliable sources with constant EPC instead of random bursts.

It varies by channel and niche. It can take weeks or months before views become more consistent. Finding topics people want to watch and staying consistent can help.

the man reason for this is that people arnt interested in your content

I think views and engagement are two different things. A post can get a lot of views without getting many likes or comments. So I would look at both numbers separately.

The difference between people opinions and the number of visits and comments would be checked out here. It may means that the bait is okay but there was no motivation for visitors to engage.

Start engaging with other peoples post as well , you can comment your thoughts on someones post and add a Url of your post in that comment with good CTA , you can do this easily with a simple script .

I usually add a call to action encouraging people to engage with my content. I also make an effort to regularly interact with content from friends and connections. This approach helps my content get more attention and generate more engagement.

if you're getting views, it shows the algorithm rates your content well, you just need to work on making the content more action invoking. as someone mentioned above, end your posts with a call to action or question that gets people to add their thoughts in the comments
