What's the most underrated productivity hack you've discovered recently?

One thing that helped me a lot is removing notifications. Most distractions come from checking random things every few minutes.

i can't focus for long time, get distracted easily
i stopped forcing myself to makes 2 hr focus sessions works for me. i could just select one simple task, begins it and eventually does far more than expected without stressing.

I’d stop trying to force long focus sessions and start with 15–20 minute blocks instead. Keep distractions out of reach, work on one task at a time, and gradually increase the session length as your concentration improves.

The secret for me is to stop writing when my own mind begins to wander rather than trying to squeeze out another hour. After a 10 min break, I generally get more works done anyway.

Same here sometimes I’ve found it easier to work for 20 30 minutes take a short break and then get back to it
