After paying @Hiexperts, they said they'd give me an account within 2 minutes, then said it would take 30 minutes to 2 hours, and finally, 4 hours passed, and they gave me an account I couldn't log into at all. They also refused to refund me.

Their scam involves first tricking you into paying, then harassing you, finally giving you a useless account, and then shifting the blame onto you.

I'm exposing them; please be vigilant.
