I have $75 credit. I asked you to remove the posts which caused harm to my rankings. I'm not asking for money returned for those. I STILL have a $75 credit that I want either refunded or work performed. You not responding for WEEKS is unnacceptable.

UPDATE: Still being ghosted. Seller made posts without prior approval of content. He used duplicate content AND the content is NOT accurate to the product being promoted. This has caused a page that was ranking between page 1 and 2 to DISAPPEAR from the SERP. The site being promoted is over 20 years old, continuously registered, etc. Apparently, using totally inaccurate, duplicate content on high DR sites REALLY can screw over a site. I simply asked him to remove the posts. I don't want a refund for the posts made, but I do now demand a refund for unused credits. I was willing to work with the seller, but now that he quit responding and hasn't removed the posts even though I requested that the posts be removed 2 WEEKS AGO!
