My existing campaign is still running normally.
I simply tried to copy an ad from the old campaign to increase the budget, but I encountered a verification error.
If you have faced this situation before, please guide me on how to fix it.

Link WhatsApp to your Facebook Page to resolve the error; you can do this on the Facebook Page itself or directly within Ads Manager.
 
the original campaign running normally suggests the issue may be tied specifically to the duplicated ad.
 
I've seen similar issues when duplicating ads. Try checking the affected ad account or page for any pending verification requests, then duplicate the ad again after clearing any incomplete verification steps. if it continues, contact meta support with the error screenshot.

yes friend, this error sometimes happens and just need to connect whatsapp number to your facebook page, it will be fine.

This usually happens when the duplicated ad triggers a fresh verification check. I had review the account/business verification status first, then recreate ad manually instead of copying it. That has worked for me in similar cases.
 
Sometimes, I encountered the same problem, you just need to add the WhatsApp number to the page, and it will run normally again.
 
Yes, it can happen. Check the error message and make sure your account details are correct. If it still does not work, contact Facebook support.

This is a common error, and you just need to link your WhatsApp to that Facebook page to fix it.
 
Verification errors can be frustrating especially when everything looks correct.
 
If the original campaign is still performing normally, the problem may be specific to the duplicated campaign or one of its settings.
 
I have had the exact same thing happen, the old account was running fine, but duplicating the ad suddenly triggered verification. I created a completely new ad from scratch and it worked, so I would try that first. Sometimes Meta just acts weird like that
 
I’d leave the old campaign alone since it’s running fine. Create a fresh ad to test instead and check your payment and verification. If the new one runs fine, scale from there

In such an event, I would first check the account/payment statu nd then proceed to create the ad again instead of copying it. there are cases where meta need one to make a copy of the ad since the old one is still running.
