Honestly, the real time-savers aren't the hyped tools, but the little AI workflow tweaks, like using Claude/GPT with custom prompts to batch-process SEO topic screening and article rewrites, cutting a day's content work down to two hours.

The biggest saving for me isn't a tool, it's moving the repetitive part out of chat entirely; anything I do more than twice becomes a small script and the model only handles the judgement step. Rewriting at scale is the other one. What eats the gain back is verification, so it's real only where checking is cheap.

To be honest for me is not a specific tool but mostly using AI was making my work easy like instead of spending time searching all over google now with gemini i can find the informations so much faster

Opencode, I use it directly on ubuntu. It's really useful to build complex projects, but you have to know how to write prompt and write plan

For me it’s mostly ChatGPT + n8n. ChatGPT helps with research, drafts and cleaning up data, while n8n handles the repetitive stuff between tools.

Biggest time saver has been automating the boring handoff work, not the writing itself.

Claude + custom promts for content outlining and rewriting.
Saves the most time on research and first drafts. Everything else is secondary.

The biggest productivity gain is probably coding + troubleshooting via Claude and Codex. Something that could take me an hour of searching through docs and Stack Overflow can often be narrowed down in a few minutes now.

The latest level of using Ai is called Agent harness. This are agents that have memory, can use tools and can access skills for any tasks you need. Claude code is paid, best is hermes agent. There was open claw earlier. For my use case I can spin a working reddit marketing workflow without touching the code. The agent does. Replies to x and such. The setup is the beginning.
