One thing I have noticed about google ads accounts is that support can be as important as the account itself.
When a problem occurs having someone there to help can make all the difference. So if you have worked with multiple providers for ads accounts, how would you compare them

Have you ever ended up switching providers because one was not as easy to work with?

Most of sellers are only thinking about your money my mate. Only real agencies care about your account and suspensions, I have tested more than 10 sellers from different sources.

You can hire an expert from fiverr to keep an eye on your campaigns

I’ve found the same thing. A good ads account is great, but reliable support becomes really important when something goes wrong. I’ve definitely seen providers where the account itself was fine, but slow or difficult support made it not worth staying with. Responsiveness and how easy they are to work with can be just as important as the account.

Indeed, good support can help a lot in case of any issues or account details clarification.

You could also simply ask what happens if an account gets reviewed or suspended before committing to a provider. That way everything should be clear before commiting.

It does, though it's more to do with the quality and longevity of the accounts so yeah by extension it matter significantly. Some do better work than others. Preferably one with quality goods and support, like ones that actually know how to help you.

A few days before experience.

He agreed to one price, after I transferred to him, he sang a different tune. A hidden charge!

I started creating good quality accounts myself. It takes time but have no other option.

Indeed when problems with the account occur the timely help of assistants is of great assistance

Yeah absolutely the good support can make a huge difference and especially when issues come up.

If you want to stop depending on your agency account provider’s response time and support, it would be better to know exactly how Google handles account suspensions. That way, you’ll know exactly why certain suspensions occur, whether your accounts can be recovered, or whether you simply need to request another account from your agency.

This way, you’ll only use your agency for requesting new accounts and topping up, and that’s it. Personally, that’s what I do: every BOV, advertiser verification, suspension, and any kind of restriction or block, I can handle myself. This allows me to have minimal interaction with my providers, regardless of the type of account.

Edit: I actually think this is the bare minimum required nowadays to be able to run Google Ads successfully. We’re not in pre-October 2025 anymore. Just to successfully launch a campaign, you need to be an expert at handling suspensions nowadays.

Yes support matters a lot. A good provider can save you a lot of time when issues happen.

Yes absolutely i agree good support makes a big difference when running the ads.

Good support makes all the difference, and I can say that my experience with the InsideAdsPro was good
