At 10k weekly visitors, I’d start with adult ad networks + affiliate offers rather than jumping straight into subscriptions. Ads give you baseline revenue, while relevant affiliates (cams, dating, adult products, etc.) can provide much higher value per converting visitor.
I’d also test by GEO/device/source instead of assuming one setup works for everyone. Track RPM and affiliate conversion for 2–4 weeks, then scale whatever actually performs.

Currently, I’m using the following promotional strategy: when someone clicks on the video to watch it, they are redirected to the affiliate link. I’d say this strategy isn't yielding great results—how would you recommend I include the link?

well usually you would want to pair with OF agencies, though im sure you've considered this already
