It's about genuine connection, not just broadcasting.
the community can be considered part of the blog. u should find something interesting for ur readers that they are interested in talking about nd keep the discussion alive through comments, emails or a social group. it is easier to get readers to remain involved if they know their oppinion will shape future articles.
building/develop of community around blog page are done with social app presence which include update of the blog page on the social page every moment they upload new presentation.
