I have Pmax feed only campaigns which are hardly spending , its the 4th day of running i understand its learning phase

I was told making shopping campaigns first to gain data is better / faster then running Pmax off rip is this true?

Or should I just keep the Pmax's running

It's recommended to aim for 30-50 conversions before enabling Pmax ad campaigns for a more stable approach.

You can first generate conversions through shopping or search ads.

You can start by running Shopping ads to evaluate whether your products, keywords, etc. can generate clicks.

Four days is too short. It usually takes around 3 weeks before you can see some results. Good luck.

I’ve had Pmax campaigns start slow too. I wouldn't switch to Shopping just because of day 4, check the feed and budget first.

Maybe check your product approval and feed setup first, low spend can be caused by that too.

Keep PMAX running for now, 4 days is too early to judge, especially on a fresh account. Let it gather data before making changes, then evaluate impressions, spend, clicks and conversions.

I would keep these ads running as long as the tracking and feed are working well but you should first verify their eligibility Merchant center problems budget and bidding
