If you're making email accounts, it depends on the provider. Google and Microsoft are the hardest, you'll more than just proxies to bypass their anti-bot detection. I recommend using residential or mobile proxies because they look like real users + using anti-detect browsers since they configured it for you already to mimic a real person's browser. Also, make sure to use sticky sessions, so your IP doesn’t change while you’re still filling out the signup form. Rotate only after each account is fully created.
 
You can consider residential or mobile proxies they still have higher trust scores and are less likely to get flagged or blocked during the process.

Use residential or ISP proxies for real email testing and upkeep.

Do not use proxies to get around limits on account creation or to dodge anti-abuse checks.
