When testing our services if an order is not processing and we are unable to fix it, we will refund your test deposit back to our panel, or we can refund it back to whichever method you paid us with.

You guys having problems with Instagram lately? We're seeing big drops from YTBot followers and likes across the board this week. New orders seem to be struggling big time to process and then get stuck indefinitely and have to be cancelled. We've been having to look for alternative providers and wondering when you see getting things fixed?

Drop Tracking Upgraded — Instagram & TikTok
⠀
In-light of the recent updates effecting tiktok and instagram services, we've recently upgraded our drop detection system.
⠀
Live drop tracking for Instagram Followers and TikTok Followers is now tracked with the same level of accuracy as our YouTube Views & Subscribers services.
⠀
You can now check recent drop performance across:
⠀
Past 24 Hours
Past Week
Past Month
⠀
We strongly recommend checking all three time periods before choosing a service.
⠀
This gives you a clearer picture of recent stability as well as longer-term performance.
⠀
Drop Rate is calculated from actual tracked orders and updates as new data becomes available.
⠀
Better tracking = better service selection and fewer surprises.

I am bringing this to the thread publicly because private support channels (both Telegram and internal support tickets on the panel) have gone completely unaddressed for days. What makes this unacceptable is seeing OP @HaxTuTorial active in this forum daily, bragging about panel stats while ignoring active support requests from paying clients.

As a long-term user who routinely spends money on this platform, the reliability and transparency have completely collapsed, which is the reason why I have to outsource orders to another panel daily:

• Stalled Funds & Ignored Support: Over $100 has been sitting frozen for nearly a week without a single update, while tickets are ignored.
• Failing "Non-Drop" Services: Services explicitly advertised as "non-drop" (both views and subscribers) are dropping heavily shortly after delivery.
• Selective Profile Hiding: Certain services were made completely invisible on my main profile. When logging in with a second account, those exact services were suddenly visible and available. Restricting account features selectively without notice or explanation is completely shady behavior.

I used to consider this panel reliable, but this situation makes it clear that customer support and service integrity are no longer priorities here. I strongly advise community members to think twice before placing high-value orders, especially all at once.

I expect an immediate status update or a complete refund for orders 2441260 and 2441294.

I want to clarify a few points here because some of this gives a misleading impression of how support and order handling currently works.

For order-related issues, I have repeatedly asked clients to use the panel ticket system rather than Telegram. Telegram messages are not the best medium to resolve order related matters and are not tied into our order/request tracking. If an order is moving too slowly, submit a speed-up request through the panel. If it is still not moving fast enough, submit a cancellation request and its cancelled swiftly.

There have been significant market-wide disruptions to YouTube services recently, affecting many providers and panels. This has resulted in some services running slower or behaving differently than they normally would.

We have actually increased transparency around this rather than reduced it. Service pages displays drop statistics, recent performance, speed/start-time information and whether those figures are based on actual tracked data or estimates. Where tracked data is used, we also show how reliable that estimate currently is. The intention is that clients can make decisions using the same performance data we see internally rather than relying purely on service names such as "non-drop."

Regarding services being visible on one account and not another: yes, I sometimes disable specific services for individual users when their own order history shows that the service is repeatedly not working well for their use case, but they continue placing orders on it and then opening repeated complaints. This is done to prevent further problematic orders and unnecessary losses for both sides, not to deceive anyone or secretly offer one customer a worse panel than another.

If a service is performing poorly for your orders, preventing you from continuing to place orders on that exact service is the opposite of trying to take advantage of you.

For orders 2441260 and 2441294, they will be cancelled soon.

I understand the frustration when an order is delayed, but I don't think it is accurate to say that service integrity or transparency is no longer a priority. A substantial amount of work has gone into improving live tracking specifically because the market has been unusually unstable recently.

do these guys work?ive heard of followers not staying on
