Mobile proxies are rotating, yes, you get an api link to rotate IP. If you want to use it for bots, you can, but you need to be careful to use it as a mobile proxy; it's meant to be used. Your best option is to buy a MultiSim proxy that uses 5 Sim cards and changes IP with every request but you need to be sure to put some limits because mobile proxies are controlled by the ISP itself and you have to think of them how you think at a sim card in your phone, so they are incredibly good for what you want to do if you set the correct pace so use multiple proxies at once.

ought 8 Rarecloud US 4G SOCKS5 ports. Advertised as private dedicated SIMs. Their own FAQ:
“A private and dedicated connection means that your proxy uses a dedicated SIM card assigned exclusively to your account. The connection is not shared with any other users.”
That’s a straight-up lie on my order.
I pulled exit IPv4 and IPv6 for days, not one lazy ipify check. 8 ports = 5 devices. Three pairs were the same backend: same IPv4 and the same full IPv6. When the carrier IP changed, both ports jumped to the new address together. I set rotation to 5 minutes. Then 10. Didn’t matter. Still lockstep. CGNAT can share a public IPv4. It does not hand two “dedicated SIMs” the exact same IPv6 and rotate them like twins.
Support is a joke. First they were “confused which service.” I spelled out the pairs. They basically said it’s fine. It was not fine. Days later the same three pairs were still cloned.
On top of that the whole batch is the same tired AT&T / T-Mobile NY CGNAT junk (107.77.* / 172.56.*). Fraud score is usually low, then one of those gateways randomly hits 100 and you’re sitting on a burned IP until it rotates. Dual-stack too, so half the time you leak out on IPv6 from the same cloned modem.
I’m not even convinced port = SIM. Looks like a shared farm: one device, two ports, maybe more users behind it. I compared with other real mobile SIMs same day — different states, different carriers, unique exits. Rarecloud was photocopies of NY.
Worst proxy purchase of my life. If you want actual dedicated mobile, skip this. If they can’t give 8 unique SIMs for 8 ports, they shouldn’t sell “dedicated.”
