What To Do When Freebies / Giveaways Have Been Taken

If you create a thread in this section offering freebies and giveaways and you have given them all away, what can you do then?

What you may find is that members may still be replying to your thread or contacting you via DM, which you obviously no longer want.

All you have to do is to hit the report button on the opening post of your thread, let us know that it is no longer open, and we will lock it for you. That's it!

PLEASE NOTE - You do NOT have to do this. We are not going to warn you if you choose to leave your thread open, it's completely up to you. We're just trying to prevent you from being bothered further, that's all!

If you choose to have a thread closed, if you find members still contacting you about it despite the clear note we will leave in your thread not to do so, then please report the DMs they send and we will take the appropriate action.

Also a good practice to do a final post on the thread saying the giveaway is closed so that people know that it's over, it'll cut down on the DMs as well.
