Content would be my priority, particularly Reels where there is something for people to stay to the end of or to share. Consistency is key, but posting every day will not fix poor content,experiment with different types of posts.

it depends on the quality of content for you to grow an account to your taste and you will have patience when doing that too

Can posters (and also @fineallen ) disclose the category their product is in?
I have like 4 to 6 months to plan a marketing campaign on all (cheap) fronts I can imagine, and I'm running out of ideas fast, so knowing if my product is suitable for the marketing strategy that is being discussed would be very helpful. I'm pretty sure this would help others too.
Are tiktok or IG algos all you need and trust so that your ad or promoted content lands into the right users?

In my view, the first phase is all about trying out what fits your audience. play around with different reels, hook concept nd topics concentrate on those that get saved, shared, and commented on.

Good content & consistency matter more than simple posting more, reels can help with reach but a clear niche, strong hooks & content people want to share are usually what drive steady growth

Don’t overthink it at first. Pick one niche, make useful reels and keep posting. You’ll learn what works as you go.
It was not from posting more it was when I realised how to make strangers pause scrolling that i grows. One post that reached the right audience worked much better for my account than months of sporadic posts.

Both are important now. Be consistent and post the right kind of reels to your niche.

But building an audience based on original posts seems impossible, or a task that would take at least a year. Do you guys think reused content from another channels is a valid option? Maybe even doing what many ppl do nowadays, commenting on other's videos?
There has to be anything that's not spending 5 hours a day making a, say, IT video (to mention something that will take a lot of time to put together).

Yes. Consistency provides you with sufficient data to know what kind of hooks and formats work, I would test different approaches within the same niche, not change niches after a couple of posts.

i would concentrate on content and then consistency reels will contribute to my reach but the most important things will be a topic and content that viewers want to see or share i would try various formats and continue improving upon the one that works best for me.
I would probably spend more time figuring out what kind of content people respond to instead of focusing only on how often i post. Reels can be great for getting in front of new audiences but they need to be interesting enough for people to keep watching or pass along to others. In the beginning i would test a few different formats pay attention to what gets the best response and then keep building on that. Being patient is important too since real growth rarely happens overnight.

do not focus only on views. check saves and shares too, as they can show which posts people actually finds useful

You can grow with all three, but good content matters most.Reels can help you reach more people, especially with a strong hook.Consistency is important, but you don’t have to post every day.Focus on creating content people genuinely enjoy or find useful.Keep experimenting, see what works, and improve as you go.

Prioritize short Reels with compelling three second hooks to reach viewers who don't yet follow you. Consistent posting within a specific niche also helps the algorithm quickly identify your target audience.
