Proxellor plans are purchased by duration rather than as fixed traffic packages.
There are no additional per-GB charges, although fair-use allowances apply to protect the dedicated mobile infrastructure.
1 Hour Test Plan - Up to 1GB total
Three Network - Up to 15GB per usage day
Vodafone Network - Up to 20GB per usage day
EE Network - Up to 20GB per usage day
O2 Network - Up to 20GB per usage day
A usage day runs from 00:00 to 23:59 London time.
When the applicable allowance is reached, proxy access is paused and automatically resumes after the next daily reset.
ACTIVATION
Proxy access is normally activated immediately after a successful purchase and becomes available through the Proxellor dashboard.
Activation is subject to successful payment confirmation, sufficient wallet balance and current stock availability.
RENEWALS
An active proxy can be renewed before it expires.
Renewing extends the existing proxy allocation rather than requiring you to purchase a new proxy.
Existing customers can renew an active allocation before expiry even when there is no additional stock available for new purchases.
Once a proxy expires and is released, continued availability of the same allocation cannot be guaranteed.

REFUND POLICY
If a purchased proxy is not delivered, the affected purchase value will be refunded.
If Proxellor confirms a technical fault caused by Proxellor and cannot provide a working fix, replacement, service extension, account credit or another viable solution within an investigation period of up to 72 hours, the unused affected value will be refunded.
Approved refunds are normally returned to the customer’s Proxellor wallet.
If the customer does not wish to continue using Proxellor because of a confirmed Proxellor-side fault, the eligible refund may instead be returned through the original payment method where supported.
Activated test plans are eligible for a refund only when Proxellor confirms that the proxy was not delivered or was technically unusable because of a Proxellor-side service fault.
The following are not considered Proxellor-side service faults:
- Customer configuration problems
- Customer software, browser, automation tool or local-network problems
- Third-party website or application restrictions
- CAPTCHA challenges or rate limits
- Account restrictions or account bans
- Unsupported usage
- Abuse or prohibited activity
- Fair-use or policy breaches
