Does anyone actually enjoy doing SEO or is it just a means to an end for you?

Random question but genuinely curious-like do you fine the actual process enjoyable or is it purely just " this is how i make money or grow my site" and you would stop if there was an easier way.
Feels like a lot of us got into this for the results but curious how many ppl actually like the day to day work it self.

You have put up a nice question in the thread. All SEO's are now thinking is it the END. Newbies can hardly survive as experienced people are still thinking should they switch to different mediums for audience.

Some parts are boring, but seeing a site grow from zero makes the work worth it.
