Does posting daily on LinkedIn actually help?

For actual good content: yes. For poorly relevant, spun/AI content: no. Good content that resonates with your first-degree connections so they like/comment automatically gives you a wider audience who could now interact/follow you.

Yes it does but only if it's original content that's valuable to your connections. Commenting on other posts is also a good thing to get you noticed

honestly if you post too often you end up cannibalizing your own reach... the algorithm usually stops pushing your older post once the new one goes live. daily is probably the sweet spot tbh.

For LinkedIn posts to perform well, having a large number of connections and followers is still important. The content also needs to be high-quality and relevant to the platform. There’s no need to post excessively; engaging and valuable content is what ultimately determines how well your posts perform.

I think consistency matters more than forcing a daily schedule. Posting every day can help if each post has something worth sharing, but daily low-effort content can easily have the opposite effect. I’ve seen better results from posting regularly and focusing on topics that actually get people talking.

Yeah that’s what I think too. posting every day won't help much if people don;t actually find the content useful.
I tested higher posting frequency and saw some improvement in reach, but the biggest difference came from better content. Consistency gets you more opportunities, while relevance and quality determine whether people actually engage.
Makes sense. More post give you more chances to get reach but the content itself still matters most.

Posting daily can help with consistency and visibility, but frequency alone doesn’t guarantee reach. In my experience, quality and engagement matter more than simply posting every day.

Heard from a YC founder that Founder led content is helpful but you need some pull to be doing it. If you just plan on having linkedin as a passive lead engine from your posts, doing industry led content should be the right way. Impressions might drop at first as your connections (friends and family) won't engage with a "here is what I learned talking to X about Y in the last 3mo" as they engaged with "Starting a new position at X". They were useless impressions for your hustle anyway so ...

I'm also trying to set up a LinkedIn account, but I'm still at a loss. Besides posting articles, what else can I do?

Honestly I don’t think posting daily makes a huge difference by itself I’ve seen better results from posting useful content consistently and focusing on engagement rather than just posting for the sake of frequency

Testing different posting schedules & tracking your results seems like a good approach. Useful content & genuine engagement matter more than frequency alone. Consistency helps but posting every day isn't always necessary

I do not think daily posting is important. I think posting when you have something useful to share works better than posting just to stay active.

Yes, posting with proper niche helps in growth, My system do 5 posts per week for me for last 4 months its help me alot and my reaching is increasing day by day.

When posting on LinkedIn, you should focus on creating high-quality content rather than posting frequently without offering engaging or valuable content.

more posts can help with consistency, but frequency alone doesn’t guarantee better reach the content still has to land with the right people..
