Influencer sent an army of negative reviews.

Best way to address this? Some influencer lady posted a tiktok, resulting in 30+ reviews (Google) overnight (3 yelp). Already ran basic disputes, ill run more complex appeals tomorrow with the tiktok link. NOt sure if there was a better way of going about this? One person, should be one review.. I expect more to come in over the next few days. Any thoughts appreciated.

whatever you do dont reply to any of them. replying makes google think its a legitimate interaction and makes them harder to get removed. just keep gathering the evidence and submit a ticket through the google business support form with the tiktok link. yelp is actually pretty good at locking down pages if you report brigading, they usually put up an alert banner.

I’d kinda treat this like a brigading hit, not a normal bad-review problem. Build the case around the TikTok, the timestamps, fresh accounts, and the same trigger. That gives support something real to look at instead of just another “fake reviews” report.

I was able to get Google to remove all the reivews - thank you. Yelp however, still working on that nightmare. Most came in on Google

yelp is always such a headache with this stuff... honestly their support is useless sometimes. in my experience you have to find the specific option for reporting "unusual activity" or "public attention" on the business page itself, rather than just flagging the individual reviews. if you can get an actual person to look at the tiktok link they usually put up a warning banner and clean it up pretty quick.
