While browsing the making money forum I've noticed a lot of people are creating porn sites. So I was wondering where do you source you videos from considering the fact that reusing another creator videos for your own purposes opens you up for copyright infringement stuff...

Yeah, you're playing with fire if you take premium content and reposting. You can make a tube site with preview videos, but that's it.
Believe me, the porn studios don't play around with DMCA. I have a friend who as a side job goes out on the Internet and reports pirated content to producers.

Serious people don't steal content—they create it themselves—100% original and completely free of DMCA claims.

I am way more interested on your friend side job. How do i do this? From time to time i wanna be able to supporto even in this my fellow creators, plus i was wondering on how to enter in One of those agiencies.

I've been avoiding this by creating reaction-type content with videos from other creators. You can still use the videos and not receive copyright claims right away. The possibility of the real creator asking you to drop the video is always on the table thou.
