The tumbnail and first sec video is what matters most to keep getting the attention of peoples. This is what i will first check for first to make sure i can get the best results. Try to emulate what works better for your competitors

The critical success factor is to hook the viewer and keep them in the long run, not necessarily virality on the first couple of Shorts.

Forget about going viral with ur vry first upload. Concentrate on having a high VVSA ratio like visible in feed vs stayed to watch and achieving a 100 percent retention rate with an impressive 3 second hook then just upload content consistently.
Does not think too much about the name or hash tags for the first video. I could puts in most of the work into the fst second and making the video interesting enough that peoples watch it two times.
