the term fast ranking is somewhat deceptive. after all u are merely leveraging the existing reputtation of the domain nd that does not guarantee that the ranking will last. nd if u are a beginner in SEO i would recommend learning parasite SEO rather than applying it.

It ranks fast because you’re publishing on a domain Google already trusts. If the content is decent and gets indexed quickly, it can move pretty fast. Beginners can try it, but don’t expect every page to rank or last long.

Many of the web pages were leveraging the authority of the host the site rather than establishing one on their own. Rankings comes quickly but they does not neccessarily stick around long.
The major shortcut would have to be the credibility of the site from which u are taking the page. The website has already been around for some tym and you were using its credibility so it will proceed a lot faster than a new website would.
