I've worked on several AI SaaS sites using pSEO + scaled content, and I still have one question I can't fully figure out.
Some sites publish hundreds of thousands or even millions of pages, get them indexed, and survive Google updates for years.
Others use a very similar strategy, with decent content, search intent, UX, and technical SEO, but eventually lose a huge amount of traffic.
What actually makes the difference?
Is it really content quality? PageRank/backlinks? Brand authority? Product strength? Or something else?
I'm especially curious whether pSEO is actually sustainable for smaller SaaS companies without a strong brand or a big marketing budget.
Would love to hear from anyone who has scaled a site this way.
