depends what you liked about exoclick in the first place
i'd shortlist 2-3 alternatives and test the same traffic across them. results can be surprisingly different.

This ^^

Also really depends on the kind of NSFW website. Some adult networks accept more than others. Exo can be quite strict.

Maybe give Clickaine, AdStuff or Evadav a try?

I have earned over 30 million usd with adult sites ads in the past 15 years, and i can tell you the best network for adult sites

1. clickadu for pop unders only (fixed CPM + their pops is undetectable by google bots)

2. trafficstars for banners and Vast Ads (fixed cpm on banner and preroll vast if you request to review), or they start you with default cpm bidding first

above two is the best, i have used exoclick in the past but it was never good for my adult sites and their managers all came begging to me in my email mailbox after i left their company when they giving me shit rates, never fight for my cpm offering more CPM than my current network

TrafficStars - comes to mind... after ExoClick.

Check this stats out, updated daily. Not sure of "accuracy", but can give you an idea:

Adsterra and HilltopAds could be good alternatives to ExoClick. You can look into them.

TrafficStars and JuicyAds are the two I'd apply to with that geo mix. Indonesia and Philippines fill mostly on popunder, banners there paid close to nothing. Keep an exoclick zone ID out of your tags before you swap, they sometimes reinstate and you dont want duplicate calls.

Good exoclick alternative?
