Offshore/Bulletproof domain registrar ( for .com)

Privex is the meta right now. They don't advertise that they sell domains at all, you have to open a support ticket and make a special request. They also resell clean ICANN-accredited namecheap domains, so you get all the benefits of privacy/anonymity without being subject to most negative SEO search engine algorithms and email blacklists/filters. I cannot speak to the quality of their VPS services though, just their domains.

yeah @IGGY8 is spot on about trustname, being in estonia means they still have to follow EU regulations. honestly if you are sticking with a .com you are always going to run some risk because verisign is US based and they can just lock it at the registry level if they get a court order anyway. but if you just want a registrar that doesn't fold to basic dmca or spam complaints, maybe check out incognet. i had some stuff with internet.bs years ago and they were decent but they got bought out and aren't as reliable now. might also want to consider switching from .com to a ccTLD like .is if you want real safety.

also on the privex suggestion... reselling namecheap is a major red flag. namecheap is soft as hell these days and will suspend for basic complaints. if the upstream registrar pulls the plug, privex cant do anything to stop it. i had a buddy lose a domain on a namecheap reseller last year because of a basic dmca, the reseller literally had no say in it.

maybe check out incognet or even njalla again but via a different proxy? actually scratch njalla if they already burned you. internet.bs used to be the go-to for this but they got acquired a while ago and went downhill fast.
