one should be very cautious about people providing verification bots automatically.in case someone is trying to establish a legitimate business for SEO and Maps then it would be better for him or her to use Google verified methods of verification rather than risking his or her listings.

yes it is the new method to get verify on Google map business page without post code verification sent to address as it's done earlier in some locations,it is most run on automation now to get address verify and approve the GMB page.

I’d avoid verification bots. Google changes the verification flow often and automated setups can get profiles suspended fast.

If you’re doing this for real businesses, better to use the official GBP verification process or look into approved partner/API options.
