If you had discovered this forum 20 years ago, where would you be today? Imagine starting from scratch back then, long before today's modern tech took over. How would you have grown your business, and how would you have leveraged the BHW community for success?

You just flipped the question right back at me! Since I'm new here, my main goal was really just to hear about what people in this community have learned and achieved.

But if you're asking me: I would have used that time to learn new technologies, network with others, and explore fresh ideas. This forum is a goldmine for website growth. If I could go back 20 years, I would have launched a site right away and leaned on the advice from people here to scale my business.

Yeah. Because this is a discussion section. And if you can't be bothered to discuss your own question, why should anyone else?
I didn't mean that. I was just saying. Also I am new here so shared my thoughts, you can share as well if you want

You didn't share your thoughts until I challenged you to do so. What would this forum look like if it was just a raft of questions with the OPs not contributing their own thoughts? We get too many threads like this, where the OP plucks a question out of thin air (or whatever wretched environment murdering AI shit-generator they're joined at the hip to) and doesn't contribute a thought of their own.

Flit away from the topic as soon as they post it, they do. Like someone who just farted in a lift and got out three floors early without even having the common courtesy to partake in the accusatory glares and disgusted sniffs thereafter.

Anyway.
when I saw the thread, I knew the OP would be new and have less than 10 posts

If I'd joined BHW back in 2006, I probably would've started out doing basic SEO and just building relationships as I went along. With 20 years of learning and networking under my belt, I'd like to think I'd have a solid business and a strong reputation to show for it by now. BHW's always been a great place to learn and grow.
