I need to find a place where I can convert Paypal to crypto

250k monthly is a hefty amount. Makes me wonder if it's real. Anyway, you are gonna have prepared to lose some money to scammers until you find legit exchangers. BHW is a good place to find such people, but you are probably on your own if anything goes wrong because BHW doesn't permit currency exchanges.
Start small and increase your exchange amount as you gain trust.
 
Advertise on BHW
only paxful or p2p method. if you are not avoiding tax, better take it to your bank than use it to buy crypto from your bank acc.
a lot exchange don't like paypal charge back lol
 
Paxful and localbitcoins are two platforms that allow this. They will charge good fees for this though.

if you having so much issues, you can sell the Paypal funds to someone who would deposit bitcoin to your wallet

Connect your PayPal to a USD or EUR bank account, transfer funds to your bank account and then purchase crypto via p2p on binance, paxful or other exchanges. Or, work with someone who has a great history of doing the above consistently.
