I would try out a couple of posts, before doing a full sweep; you’ll soon see from their reactons whether you have any traction left.

You could, but then I’d say don’t delete everything all at once. Those followers you have now probably don’t care about your new topic, so try a few and see how the reach goes.

There’s no response to be found; instead, the account just turns into a "dead page" because no one interacts with the new posts. If you want to start a completely new topic, it’s best to create a fresh page from scratch for a clean slate!
