Any idea how to talk to human support/a live agent on Facebook?

I’ve had the same issue before If live chat is available for your accountchecking the Help Center while logged in seems to be the best option It can depend on the type of account and the issue, though

I wouldn’t bother, I tried to go through the whole process myself multiple times and their support is pretty much next to nonexistent, all you’ll get is either AI replies or copy paste ones.

That's exactly my experience so far, no human support.

It's so frustrating when you have done nothing wrong. My account got hacked.

I was running Google Ads and it was a nice side income. That's why I would love to get my account back.

In reality, contacting Facebook's customer support is very difficult. If your account has been disabled, I recommend creating a new one to save time.

Try the Help Center first, and if your account has live support available it should show there.

Currently, contacting Facebook support is very difficult; responses are almost exclusively from AI

I’d stop wasting time with the ai chat. If this is tied to a business manager or ad account, try the business support route and keep the case number. sometimes replying to an existing case gets you to a real agent faster.

I’d try reaching them through another channel, like email or social media. Sometimes mentioning that AI support already failed to resolve the issue helps get it escalated to a human agent.

To reach actual Meta support, simply purchase Meta Verified or use the chat function in Ads Manager. When the bot responds, select "Issue not resolved" to force the system to transfer you to a human agent.
