How to check my website is penalized by google?

With the AI Search Answers Armaghedon a low CTR is normal nowadays.....my websites went from a 7-9% CTR to a 2-3% CTR....Google will lose this AI war because the AI business model is against Google core business model.
I’d check google search console’s manual actions and security issues first. Low impressions & clicks don’t always mean a penalty; poor rankings, weak titles, or low CTR could be responsible instead.

Having impressions but very few clicks doesn't automatically mean your site is penalized. Your pages may simply be ranking low or getting impressions for queries where the title and snippet aren't attracting clicks.
absolutely not. having low clicks despite having impressions is no indication of being penalized. my advice would be to first see whether u have issues with ur average position nd CTR from search console. check manuall actions nd if thats clean, it is probably just rankings,title,meta.

I seen this before check the manual actions section in search console first if there's nothing there, low clicks don't necessarily mean a penalty

A low number of clicks does not necessarily mean the site has been penalized; it could be due to fluctuations or increased competition. You should check Google Search Console to see if there is any other activity.

Google Overview is answering more queries directly, so the users have less reason to click through to a website. Ahrefs study found AI Overviews were associated with a 34.5% lower CTR.
So don't assume that lesser clicks mean penalty; Check Manual Actions in GSC first....................

Low click-through rates aren't necessarily due to your listing or website being restricted; it could be because your content isn't engaging at different times. You need to monitor your metrics and improve your content and links.

In Google Search Console, navigate to the Security and Manual Actions section. If it displays 'No issues detected,' this confirms there's no manual penalty.

everyone keeps saying manual actions but if you actually had a penalty your impressions would have cratered to zero too. you probably just rank on page 3 or 4 for some high volume keywords, or bots are scraping SERPs and inflating your impression data. check your average position for those queries... if it's position 30+, you get the impression but obviously zero clicks. just needs some decent links to push them to page 1.

No, impressions with hardly any clicks doesn't mean you've been penalized. I've seen plenty of sites get thousands of impressions while sitting around page 2 or 3, so people just never get far enough to click.

Low clicks do not automatically mean a Google penalty. First, check Search Console for manual actions, indexing issues, ranking changes, and search queries. Also review traffic trends and recent algorithm updates.
Impressions with low clicks do not necessarily mean a penalty I’d check Manual Actions and Security Issues in Search Console first then review rankings and CTR for the affected queries.

Check Google Search Console for any manual actions first. If there are no manual actions, low clicks with impressions does not usually mean a penalty. Check your rankings and CTR too.
