After some research, I’ve come across a few options with their starting VPS prices. Please let me know if any of these match your recommendations or if you have personal experience with them:

    Costly, but I saw many reviews on Trustpilot saying they don’t care about DMCA reports.

    Also on the expensive side. The name suggests it's offshore, so I guess that's a plus.

And before anyone mentions BuyVM (LUX)—I will tell you in advance they're out of stock and currently refer to their sister site cloudzy.com, which does have Amsterdam servers for $6.95, but their Luxembourg servers are also out of stock. I'm unsure about their terms of service too.

You had mentioned me to take a look at this post for reliable offshore VPS hosting companies. I'm only posting my first-hand experience for some nasty and adult sites I've hosted for my self and my clients with these hosts.

  • Spectra IP is good choice. Support is bit late. But if you are able to manage VPS yourself they are great choice in Europe.
  • Shinjiru from Malaysia is also good. But they follow Malaysian laws, not DMCA or U.S. laws. So if something illegal in Malaysia and they get contacted via local authorities / notice then they'll take action.
  • The-Online.com is good for DMCA, adult, piracy stuff hosting. Select their VPS, pay, then in control panel select the location as Europe (Netherlands). They seem to have their own forum where users ask about it.

The-Online: I’ve heard quite a bit about them, especially regarding their offshore domain services. Do you think they’re a reliable one-stop solution for DMCA-ignored, adult-friendly offshore domains and hosting? Have you or anyone you know tried them for this kind of purpose?

BuyVM: I noticed they now redirect to their sister company, Cloudzy. Thanks to your info, I understand that Cloudzy acquired them. Cloudzy’s Luxembourg server is out of stock, but they do offer an Amsterdam option. Would you say they’re DMCA-ignored and adult-friendly like BuyVM? Also, is Cloudzy more expensive than BuyVM?

You can go with offshore cPanel shared hosting provider like alexhost, vsys, the-online.com if you are not that technically skilled to run vps. Cloudzy's only Netherlands location is dmca-ignored. Pricing seems to be similar like buyvm.

If you feel shared hosting is can't take load of your site, better get VPS + cPanel and its simple to manage. As far as the-online.com is concerned, when you select cPanel at time of ordering the VPS comes pre-configured with OS, web server like apache, mysql, ssl, and cpanel. So its like using shared cpanel hosting. as simple as that. Or you can use Plesk too.

Kudos? I havent heard that name. Did you mis-spell? There's another well-know and old company with such name in web hosting market and they're good. though I havent used them.

Virtualine, no, I will be using virtualline for a legit site. The worst I can get a dmca. but they ignore it.

i used lyrahosting for a short time. they do ignore dmca in most cases, but once traffic spiked, they shut it down without warning.

support was responsive at first, but kinda ghosted when stuff got serious. might work for low-profile projects, but wouldn’t trust it for long-term or anything big.
