I would also split-test my offers and traffic, but I would suggest asking @LosPollos why, or maybe the traffic you're producing is not targeted. There are a million reasons, but it's hard to tell by looking at a screenshot.

Bot traffic ? PropellerAds ? richads ? 99% of traffic from them is bot. Very easy to get stats like this.

Are you using any tracker like Binom , Volumm for checking traffic you are getting ?
Did you tried to filter out the zones which are not good ?
Is your LP is as per your offer which you are promoting ?
There can be several things , you need to filter out the bot traffic.

Seen this a lot with push, especially the cheap zones. Most of those clicks never even load the landing page, let alone convert, it is more accidental taps than real intent. Would also double check the postback/tracking setup, sometimes it looks like 0% but conversions just are not firing back correctly.

honestly if you are running pop or push without a fast prelander you are just burning money. half the clicks on those cheap networks dont even wait for the page to load, especially on mobile. check your server logs to see if they are actually hitting your site or if its just bots.
