I received a review copy from the provider consisting of five different types of backlinks: one classified ad link, one blog comment, one social bookmark, one .edu comment, and one social signal.

The text surrounding the links was readable, and the links were properly accounted for. I didn't find missing placements or obvious inconsistencies in the delivered report.
The overall presentation was straightforward, making it relatively easy to check what was delivered.
Tier 1 Considerations
One area where I would be more cautious is the use of .edu and .gov comments.
Although these domains can look attractive because of their extensions, the domain extension itself does not automatically make a backlink powerful or authoritative. Comment links, in particular, are generally not something I would rely on as primary Tier 1 backlinks.
I'd personally consider these types of links more suitable for supporting a broader link-building structure rather than using them as the main backlinks pointing directly to a money site.

For the price point, I think this is a good deal, particularly if your goal is backlink diversification rather than obtaining a small number of premium editorial links.
