10 Day Old IPTV Site: Only 9 Real Organic Clicks Build Backlinks or Wait?

I started this site around 10 days ago in the IPTV niche. So far, it has generated around 14 organic clicks and 5 leads, but no sales yet.

it feels like it's growing pretty slowly, and the CTR seems quite low. I also realized that 5 of those clicks were from me, so that leaves only around 9 genuine organic clicks.

I'm wondering what would be the best move at this stage. Should I start building some backlinks to speed up the growth, or consider some CTR manipulation to try to push the rankings higher?

Seems normal for only 10 days old starting from scratch nowadays. Not my niche, but optimize the site and performance, add more content, social posts, then backlinks elsewhere is a good general plan.

10 days is nothing. You can't really come to any conclusions in 10 days even with AdWords, let alone SEO.

I'd just keep adding content regularly. Don't upload 50 articles in one go and then leave the site sitting there. Keep feeding it.

IPTV is also one of those niches where you have a lot of PR angles if you actually look for them. With AI now it's even easier to dig them out and turn them into something journalists or smaller sites can pick up.

I'd also get the boring stuff done. Branded links, naked URLs, socials, free profiles, podcast links that get syndicated around the place. Get them indexed as well. None of this stuff is going to rank the site by itself, but I still build that base on pretty much every project.

Then leave it alone and see what happens.

At around 3 months you normally have a much better idea whether you've found something worth pushing hard or whether it's going nowhere.

Also don't get fooled if Google gives you a nice little run early on. New sites do that. I've seen plenty look like winners for a few weeks and then disappear once the honeymoon is over.

10 days is way too early to be worrying about this tbh.

You've got 14 clicks and 5 leads already, and after removing your own clicks that's still 9 real clicks. That's basically nothing in terms of SEO data.

I definitely wouldn't touch CTR manipulation. You're way too early for that and there's no real data showing you even have a CTR problem yet.

I'd just keep doing the boring stuff for now

- Keep adding content targeting relevant keywords
- Work on your internal linking
- Improve titles/meta where you see impressions but low CTR
- Start picking up some decent/relevant backlinks
- Give Google some time to figure the site out

I mean at 9 clicks you have 5 leads mate. Eveen with that tiny sample site you're on your way.

I'd give it at least a couple of months before making any big changes. 10 days is basically still the "Google is figuring out what this site even is" stage.

Backlinks can definitely help, but I'd build them steadily rather than trying to force the site up overnight.

Focus on building foundational branded/social profiles index new long-tail keywords steadily and let organic impressions stabilize for 3–4 weeks before aggressively building high authority links.

10 days is too early to judge the site, CTR can improve as rankings and impressions grow. I’d focus on relevant backlinks, better titles/meta descriptions, and stronger content first; CTR manipulation is risky and not a good long term strategy.

What are you selling and what's on your sales page?

For a 10 day old site in IPTV, I would focus on content and E-E-A-T first. Backlinks can wait 1-2 months.

CTR manipulation will just get you flagged at this stage.
