Payoneer is the best choice. you can also refer to antidetect browser to manage multiple payoneer and ebay accounts at the same time on 1 device. note to add proxy for each profile to change IP address.

I use Wise but not sure how much more effective it is if at all. Prior, it was Payoneer and since it's getting floated around here, I'd say go for that one.

i already had a acc with payoneer which was suspended, would it be a wise choice to choose the same iban for diff stealth ebay ACC ?

How to verify on payoneer tho? All other services require ID and selfie to verify. And if its not possible anymore, can I buy one?

the short answer is there is no stealth IBAN for US. you need a foreign account, services like Wise or Revolut will give you a local IBAN, but they're still traceable and you must stay compliant
