Weird enough to say that Reddit AI farming is actually working for me

So i've been into Reddit farming recently, and I thought of implementing AI that supports AI analysis (runs locally=$0)
Honestly i didn't think results would be that good, since Reddit is strict towards AI, maybe cuz the account is very aged?

As you can see, 115 karma and 6 followers in less than 3 days, playing it safe. Not bad i guess?
I'm only targeting specific subreddit, there could be better configs to get better results.

Hi thanks for your comment. Currently i target "rate this" kind of subreddits and art. Where people post a lot of art and my bot behaves as a critic lol (positive but honest). And actually yes i experimented with other configs and niches like programming and IT but people there are less engaging, i want to later test with memes,politics,sports...
One thing i didn't mention in main post is that DMs are flooding with messages! people really like the AI comment and hit me with 'thank u for ur nice words' in DMs; tho i have no idea how to monetize that traffic for now.
I'm thinking of buying aged accounts and some proxies to scale this up, cuz i suck at maintaining new created accounts, they just so fragile to work with
 
Nice. How exactly are you connecting the AI to analyze, formulate, and post comment replies?

n8n? APIs? headless bots or antidetects?

I created a very manual process, which I haven't implemented yet - which would take a reddit URL, throw into AI, generate a response, then output the response and URL into a .csv which I can throw into an antidetect like adspower to respond to. However, I'm sure there's a better way since i have a small farm lol

Meh, that's just an ewhore account. Says everything about your business practises. :) Some of us don't wear skirts and pink rainbow panties to work! lol

Interesting results, especially given how cautious Reddit is with automation. Quick question so I understand your setup better: are the comments being posted at random times or on fixed intervals, and is the AI only generating comments or also creating posts? Also, is this running fully hands-off or do you review before posting? Lastly, have you tested it across multiple accounts, or is it limited to handling one aged account at a time?
 
interesting experiment, nice work. When you generate these AI comments, which metrics are you tracking (e.g. upvote ratio, reply rate, ban risks)? And compared to fully manual comments, how different is the performance, and do you see any long‑term risk of shadowbans or a drop in the ‘quality’ of the karma you’re gaining?

yes posted at random times (around 30 comments a day). Yes it also creates posts, only 1 a day. yep fully hands off, but sometimes i gotta check accounts status manually. yes tested on multiple accounts, with quality proxies ofc.

it uses a few important metrics, cant say what they are tho.
Compared to manual work, results depend heavily on the AI model; some are trash resulting in massive downvotes, some are better than a human (the one im using)
shadowbans are almost inevitable, especially for fresh accounts. so you have to test what works and follow it. So far i got only a few shadowbans that didn't affect karma at all; the method i'm using works even when shadowbanned so i'm good so far
 
Forgive me because I am new to this, but what is Reddit farming and what's the point? Is it just to get karma and then sell the account?
 
honestly not that surprising. if the account is aged and you’re not acting like a bot reddit usually doesn’t really care how the comment was written

the dm part is the real signal. people dont dm bots unless the comments actually feel real. as long as you keep it slow and dont blast random subs this kind of setup can last. most people kill it when they try to scale too fast
 
1 account and you talk results? You have to make 200 monthly or more to make it pay off. And what's so good about likes? I get them for posting literal gibberish.
