Those are called Twitter website cards they’re created automatically if the webpage has Open Graph tags set like og:image og:title and og description.
You can also build them manually using the X Ads Card Builder if you want a custom clickable image layout.

Easiest way is using Open Graph tags no need for hacks, just clean metadata setup.
It's not allowed anymore, but how come I still see them inserting links?
It still works normally, I can still do it right here, but I can only do it with images; as for videos, I don't know how yet.
It's really difficult with the video.
