How can I now break through the first-timers and hooks on new regs without an instant risk payment?

Recently, Meta's fraud system has become overly sensitive to the first payment transactions on new accounts.
How long do you give an account a rest period after linking a card before launching it for the first time?

Try to take things slowly. After linking your card, don't launch ads right away. Try spending 5-10% on promoting FunPage.
And then launch your main ads after a couple of days.
Naturally, the GEO of the card, account, and proxy should be the same. If possible, use the card's BIN, which isn't widely used for advertising on casinos and other "questionable" products.

i think usually wait 24 to 48 hours after linking the card before the first launch and just to let the account settle.

yeah this can happen and it’s better to start with a small budget and monitor the account first.

lett the account sit with the payment method attached and doing normal profile activity in between. 3-7 days should be enough, some wait longer, up to 2 weeks, especially if the card has no prior Meta spend history.

Start small and build some history first. Keep the first transactions normal, avoid sudden high value payments and focus on getting a few successful payments before scaling.

Maybe the issue is not the payment amount itself but the pattern. Keep the early activity consistent, with normal gaps and amounts, instead of going from zero to a big transaction straight away.

You should use postpaid accounts from service providers to avoid unnecessary risks.
