Setting up dedicated low-risk industry MID

Hey everyone, I'd like to set up my own system with an IBO MID so I can have peace of mind regarding the payments I process for my clients (low-risk B2C SaaS in the industry). I'd like to use a third party to set up the company and the MID in question. Are there any Agile experts out there who could help me?
