Recently, my cloud phone and proxy provider shut down their service, so I now have to switch to a different provider.

Will TikTok ban or shadowban me because I changed my setup?

Changing providers alone shouldn’t get you banned. TikTok might notice the new device or IP and ask for verification though.
 
A proxy isn't a guarantee of safety. Changing an IP doesn't necessarily change the other account/ security signals TikTok may use.
 
Nevertheless, it does not have to result in the ban in all cases, but the combination of device and IP address changes might require some additional validation. If possible, try to ensure the stability of account activity during the transition period.
 
Changing both at once can trigger a verification check, but it doesn’t mean an automatic ban. Keep the new proxy close to the same region and don’t keep jumping between setups after that. If you want more control over the browser fingerprint, an antidetect browser is worth trying too.
 
TikTok will definitely scan if you're using a different IP address. They probably just verify it and then everything works normally.

yeah i think it can happen if tiktok detects unusual changes you should try to keep your setup consistent and avoid too many changes at once.
 
This has nothing to do with IP blocking, and factory resetting your phone has nothing to do with your IP address. Your IP address changes frequently and is assigned to you by your carrier/network service provider.

it depends on how you do it, ive seen a lot of accounts go from good views to shit views after swapping locations too fast.
 
I stopped using my cloud phone recently and just logged into my phone. Everything seems okay, getting thousands of views
 
I don't think changing your phone automatically means you get banned. but if you're constantly switching devices and connections it can look unusual and trigger a security check.
 
This might trigger a security check on your acc but banning it, i don't think so. This is like you logging in with a different phone.
 
A provider change alone shouldn't automatically cause a ban. TikTok looks at more than just the IP, although a sudden change in the account's environment may trigger additional verification
