In my opinion, a Fanpage can have its visibility restricted by Facebook. Posting 3–5 posts/day on the News Feed looks like spam. But if those are 3–5 posts on Reels, it's not a problem.
 
The number of posts isn't as important as the quality of the posts, my friend. You can stop posting, but if your old posts still attract viewers, then they're still considered quality.
 
You should post about three times a day and create content that generates high engagement and aligns with your advertising campaign.

1 to 3 per day are optimal in order for Facebook not to limit your engagement rate.
 
1 or 2 quality posts daily works best for me without triggering any spam flags
 
I think 1 to 2 posts a day is enough 3-5 can kill reach if the content isnt strong quality beats quantity
 
If your post are quality and attractive to viewers, there will be so much engagement which will definitely increase your followers because people will like to get a notification whenever you post more.
