Human-Run AI Visibility Audit | How ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude & Grok Describe Your Brand | 20% Off Launch | AEO & GEO

UPDATE: First Review Copy Delivered. Full Comprehensive Audit of Oura Ring. AI Is Literally Inventing Products for Them.

A member here requested Oura Ring, so we ran the full Comprehensive on it: 50 questions across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI, Claude, and Grok, 2 runs per question.

High-level summary -- 92/100 AI Visibility Score. AI loves Oura. Names them first for almost everything. Dominant band.

Now the part that matters for anyone doing SEO/AEO/GEO work --

- Claude invented entire product lines that don't exist. "GLP-1 Insights." "Lab Uploads." "Health Radar." A $99 charging case. None of these are real.
- Multiple engines credited Oura with features it doesn't ship: ECG, AFib detection, blood pressure tracking, VO2 max.
- Fake precision stats ("95% sleep staging accuracy") attached to real recommendations.
- ChatGPT citing outdated OS requirements.

The key insight is -- This is a brand AI LOVES and it's still feeding customers fabricated specs. Now, think about what AI says about brands it barely knows. That's the gap your clients are sitting in right now, and none of it shows up in any analytics.

REVIEW
I was lucky to obtain a free review copy so here is my honest detailed review.
Getting a HiBot Panorama audit was a real eye-opener.I initially filled out a questionnaire about my website competitors etc,and within a couple of days they sent the report to my email. The report ran a wide range of category questions through five different AI engines—ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google, and Grok. It turned out I had a major "identity collision" with a lookalike brand. Perplexity was actually crediting them with my category answers.

The audit didn't just give me a score; it backed everything up with hard data. Seeing the AI "Showdown," where Claude literally claimed it couldn't verify that my business existed, was worrying, but it also gave me a clear list of what needed fixing.

Every audit is human-powered, meaning a real person conducts and analyses the data.I received a detailed PDF report along with a CSV containing every raw AI response, so you can see exactly how different AI models view your business. There are hundreds of questions and responses to go through, which makes it useful for tracking how AI answers change over time as you implement the strategic recommendations ie creating comparison content, building third-party reviews, improving your website, and following the suggested next steps to increase your visibility score.

The report also breaks everything down using their ANSWER methodology, scoring you from 0–100 across six areas: Appearance, Nomination, Showdown, Worth, Expertise, and Reputation. Seeing a "0" for Nomination really highlighted how little use case documentation I had on my own site. The report also showed me which competing brands AI was recommending instead of mine and gave me a prioritised roadmap for closing those visibility gaps.

Overall, I found the audit genuinely useful. It didn't just tell me I had a visibility problem—it showed me exactly where the problems were, why they were happening, and gave me practical steps to improve them. If your business depends on being recommended by AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity, this is well worth doing. I'll definitely be running another audit in a few months to measure the impact of the changes I've made.

I received a free HiBot Panorama audit to review, and I was genuinely surprised by how much it uncovered.

After filling out a short questionnaire about my business and competitors, I received the report a couple of days later. It tested hundreds of prompts across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google, and Grok to see how AI platforms actually understand and recommend my business.

The biggest surprise was discovering an identity issue with a similar brand. One AI was even attributing information about my business to them, while another struggled to verify my business at all.

What I liked most is that the audit doesn't just give you a generic score. You get the actual AI responses, competitor comparisons, visibility scores, and a clear breakdown of where you're weak and what you can improve. The report highlighted gaps in areas like third-party mentions, reviews, comparison content, and information on my own website.

It gave me a much clearer picture of why competitors may be appearing in AI recommendations instead of me and, more importantly, what I can actually do about it.

If AI visibility matters to your business, I think the audit is worth doing.

Got a review copy of this, thanks OP.

I went in expecting a generic SEO-style report with a few AI screenshots thrown in. It turned out to be a lot more detailed and more useful than that.

The first thing that stood out was how the report breaks down visibility. It separates questions where the engine is asked about your brand by name from open questions where the engine picks which brands to mention on its own. For us, the difference was huge. When our name was in the prompt, the engines talked about us a lot and were often positive, even picking us over competitors in some head-to-heads. When the question was generic, we didn't show up at all. I had a feeling this was the case, but seeing it laid out question by question across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google made the gap impossible to ignore. It also changed how I think about the problem. It's less about what the engines think of us and more about whether they have any reason to bring us up in the first place.

The accuracy section was the real eye-opener. The engines were confidently making up pricing, deposit terms, API details and features we don't offer, and in a lot of cases they did it while recommending us. Every finding comes with the exact quote from the engine and a note on what was wrong, so there's no guessing about what needs fixing. It's a bit alarming when you realize customers could be reading these answers and turning up expecting things that don't exist.

The citation breakdown was also valuable. It lists every source each engine pulled from, and almost all of them were third-party pages rather than our own site. That gives you a ready-made target list of forums, review sites and comparison pages where you need to be present.

The recommendations at the end are practical and ranked by impact and effort, with specific steps rather than vague "build more authority" advice. Most of them are things we can start on straight away, like publishing clearer pricing and policy pages that the engines can actually cite.

Overall, this was well worth it. If you've never checked how AI engines describe your business, you'll probably be surprised, and this report makes it very clear what's wrong and where to start fixing it. Would recommend.

REVIEW

I got an AI Visibility Audit report as a review copy, and I found it really useful. The report covered 25 questions and showed me where my website appears on Google AI, ChatGPT, and Perplexity when people search for those questions.

I also liked the “Competitive Standing” section because it helped me understand how my website is performing compared to other websites.

The report also gave practical recommendations, including 30-day priorities and a Next Steps — 90-Day Roadmap. It’s not just a report with data; it actually gives you a clear idea of what you should work on next.

Overall, I found the audit helpful and easy to understand. It gave me a better idea of my website’s visibility across AI search platforms. Definitely worth checking out if you want to understand how your website is showing up in AI search.
