I paid @seomeg279 around $1,700–$1,800 upfront to design three Shopify stores. The designs turned out well, and he’s friendly, responsive, and genuinely tries to help.

But his team has now messed up my account access THREE times.

First, they changed the login details for the Google account tied to my stores. After an argument, we moved everything to a new account. Then they added their own recovery phone number, and I got locked out of both Google and Google Ads.

We rebuilt everything a third time. This morning? Their phone number is on the latest account again, and I’ve lost access to my verified Google Ads account and Shopify once more.

I explicitly told them twice not to change account access. Yet here we are.

Am I overreacting, or is expecting them to stop locking me out of my own accounts a pretty low bar?

Still waiting for a fix.


P.S. Fun part is - after they add their recovery phone - I never seen that google account got back into my hands. They're gone.
Just a warning.
I know I'm stupid to trust people.
But - design that they do is realy nice, can't tell anything bad. But - NEVER EVER repeat my mistake and allow ANY ACCESS to anywhere.
