How are you guys organizing 30-50+ social accounts without the setup becoming a mess?

It's better to keep one browser profile for one account, so that if one gets banned other accounts are safe

Most anti-detect browsers let you tag profiles or sort them by platform or project. I also name them something like "US-TikTok-Client-xxx" so I can immediately tell which is which.

a single profile per account is the simplest way to do it. In addition, u need to keep track of the account, proxy, platform nd project in an Excelsheet.

Honestly just use a spreadsheet with proxy ip, login, and account name columns

The management and the work involved are not separate because they have key differences, primarily starting with building a data tracking and statistics table for accounts and classifying those accounts.

On Android you can use an app cloner, on iOS you have to use different physical devices. For desktop you take the anti-detect browser path that other people suggested.
How you organize them is your choice, don't overcomplicate it. Take a bit more time in the beginning so you don;t get overwhelmed afterwards,

Using separate browsers for those accounts is essential; you should also categorize them based on key information and shared attributes to make them easy to distinguish and manage.
Yea like the other said use an anti bot / privacy browser something like incognition, however gets pricey as you have to have more profiles, I think the free plan is only 3 profiles. I’ve also seen people use a bunch of iPhones however like you say you want minimum setup

naming and a sheet is fine but what really keeps it clean is locking one proxy to one profile forever. most of the mess starts when an account dies and people recycle that ip into a fresh profile, then the new one dies in few days and they blame the browser. even for dead accounts i leave the ip retired. also log creation date and recovery mail in the sheet, at 50 accounts thats the info you actually need when one asks for verification

The setups above are the right shape, so the part still missing is what breaks them. A sheet is a copy of the state, not the state. After a few bans and replacements the row and the profile drift apart, and the damage isn't untidiness, it's posting from the wrong account and burning a good one.
Two things keep the copy honest. Write the row from the session rather than from memory, so log in and read the account back before you record it. Then audit five random rows a week by opening them cold. The first mismatch tells you where the drift started, which is usually the moment somebody replaced an account and edited only one of the two places.

Separate profiles work best for me. I also keep a simple sheet with the login and project details.
