Agreed, many white-label casino solutions require significant upfront investment, sometimes up to $100k USD, just for maintenance. This can be discouraging, especially for smaller investors who want to focus on starting up a site and directing their efforts toward marketing.

It's very hard to make this into a viable project alone. Unless you know full-stack development, cybersecurity, design, marketing, CRM, and sales, you can't do it yourself. Each discipline takes years to master. Even then, I would say it's just about working yourself to death for a year or so.

You're looking at a project which would cost anywhere from a few thousand up to half a million (especially if you get licenses in the states or Europe etc.).

Hosting a casino can't be done entirely on free servers. Besides being pretty much always against T&C, those servers won't have enough juice to run the casino apps.

You’re absolutely right—building something like this on your own without upfront costs is incredibly difficult.
