you should not panic over a short outage. Google slows crawling when it sees server errors but a temporary outage does not automatically destroy your rankings.

Once the host is back, check the site, GSC crawl stats and make sure everything is returning 200 normmally.

If it’s a short provider outage your rankings should be fine. Just wait for the site to come back then check Google Search Console and keep an eye on rankings for the future keep backups and consider backup hosting to avoid this happening again.

If it was a short outage I wouldn’t panic too much. Google says 5xx errors can slow crawling temporarily while already indexed URLs are generally preserved. I’d focus on getting the site stable and monitor Search Console afterward.

For a short outage I wouldn't make too many SEO changes immediately. I'd fix the hosting issue first, monitor Search Console and rankings for a few days, then consider moving hosts if downtime keeps happening.
