Hi everyone,

I want to ask for some advice about referral marketing.

Around 5–6 years ago, during the crypto faucet craze, I joined a micro-task and faucet website. Surprisingly, they are still active and paying me regularly today.

The best part is that it requires zero investment. I just complete small tasks and get paid. Since most old income methods (like AdSense) don't work for me anymore, this site is very helpful for me right now.

My question is: How can I find new referrals for a micro-task/faucet site these days?

Which traffic sources or platforms work best for this kind of niche today? I would love to hear your ideas or strategies!

Thanks in advance.

Use micro working plateforms and post job for people to use ur referral

most people just push them on telegram groups, reddit or cheap facebook ads. traffic quality is usually trash though.

I think the biggest challenge with faucet/micro-task sites today is not necessarily finding traffic, but finding traffic that is actually willing to complete tasks and stay active.

For this type of niche, I would probably test a few channels separately:

  • Reddit niche communities, especially communities related to side hustles, crypto, and making money online
  • TikTok/YouTube Shorts with simple “how to earn extra money” or task-based content
  • SEO targeting long-tail keywords around specific tasks, faucets, and small online earning methods
  • Deal/reward/cashback communities, where users are already looking for small earning opportunities
I’d focus less on broad traffic and more on retention. For example, track which source gives you referrals that are still active after 7, 30, and 60 days.

If the site has a decent referral program, you could also experiment with content creators in the “side hustle / make money online” niche rather than relying only on paid traffic.
